We accept refund requests only if accompanied by a clear unboxing video, showing that the item was received damaged, defective, or incomplete.

• The video must be taken from the moment the package is opened, without any cuts or edits.

• Requests without a complete unboxing video will not be eligible for refund.

• Refund claims must be submitted within 3 days of receiving the product.

• Approved refunds will be processed within 3–7 business days.

• We do not accept returns for reasons other than damaged or incomplete products.

Kami menerima permintaan refund hanya jika disertai video unboxing lengkap yang menunjukkan produk diterima dalam kondisi rusak, cacat, atau tidak lengkap.

• Video harus direkam sejak paket dibuka pertama kali, tanpa potongan atau editan.

• Permintaan tanpa video unboxing lengkap tidak akan diproses.

• Klaim refund harus diajukan maksimal 3 hari setelah produk diterima.

• Refund yang disetujui akan diproses dalam waktu 3–7 hari kerja.

• Kami tidak menerima pengembalian produk karena alasan selain kerusakan atau kekurangan isi.
